Regular Meeting was called to order by Mayor William McCune.

Swearing in of New Council

Solicitor Lemire swore in the new Council Members starting January 1, 1998 for a four year term. They included Wilma Herndon, Terry Finger, Mary Stasny and Bruce Thompson.
