Minutes approved as submitted

Council election of President Pro tem- Nemet nominated McCune, second by Hruska. Herndon moved nominations be closed, second by Foote. McCune named President Pro tem by unanimous acclamation.

Motion made by McCune to approve the appointment of B. Larson as Solicitor/Parliamentarian by the Mayor, second by Roach, roll - Nemet, yea; Hruska, yea; Foote, yea; Herndon, yea; McCune, yea; Roach, yea.
