(a) In order to allow the proper use of parking lots established by the village, no person shall permit a motor vehicle to remain within any such parking lot for longer than 121 consecutive hours.

(b) Council has established a parking lot on the site of the former Fire Station for the use of the inhabitants of the village while visiting the commercial establishments centered at the intersection of Jefferson and Chestnut Streets. In order to permit the maximum use of such premises by a maximum number of persons, no person shall park a vehicle in such parking lot for a longer period than four hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and no person shall park a vehicle in such parking lot for any period of time before 8:00 a. m. or after 6:00 p.m. of any day.
(c) No person shall park a truck, tractor or trailer, of more than one ton capacity, upon any parking lot provided by the village.
(d) Appropriate signs shall be prepared and erected to inform the public of the manner in which the public parking lots in the village shall or may be used.
