§ 571.68 Simulated Emergencies

   No operator of an aircraft shall simulate an emergency while within the control zone, unless the control tower and the Airport Management have been notified in advance.

§ 571.69 Restricted Aircraft

   No person shall operate any aircraft on the Airport if such aircraft is so constructed, equipped or loaded as to be a danger, or is likely to endanger persons or property.

§ 571.70 Cleaning of Aircraft

   No person shall use flammable volatile liquids in the cleaning of aircraft, aircraft engines, propellers, and appliances unless such cleaning operations are conducted in open air, or in a room specifically set aside for that purpose, which room must be properly fireproofed and equipped with adequate and readily accessible fire extinguishing apparatus.

§ 571.71 Open Flame Operation

   No person shall conduct any open flame operation in any hangar, or on the Airport grounds, or part thereof unless specifically authorized to do so by the Airport Management.

§ 571.72 Fire Hazards

   No person shall store or stock material or equipment on the Airport in such a manner as to constitute a fire hazard.

§ 571.73 Storage of Flammable Materials

   No person shall keep or store any flammable liquids, gases, signal flares or other similar equipment in the hangars or in the buildings on the Airport, provided that such material may be kept in an aircraft in the proper receptacles installed in the aircraft for that purpose, or in rooms or areas specifically approved for such storage by the Airport Management.

§ 571.74 Lubricating Oil s

   No person shall keep or store lubricating oils in or about the hangars, provided that such material may be kept in aircraft in the proper receptacles provided for that purpose or in containers provided with suitable draw-off devices.
