§ 571.07 Soliciting of Funds

   No person shall solicit funds for any purpose while on the Airport, unless prior approval has been received from the Airport Management.

§ 571.08 Advertisements

   No person shall post, distribute or display signs, advertisements or circulars without prior approval of the Airport Management, and only in such manner as may be prescribed.

§ 571.09 Photography

   No person shall take still, sound or motion pictures for commercial use while on the Airport without the approval of the Airport Management.

§ 571.10 Property Damage

   Any and all Airport property destroyed or damaged, by accident or otherwise, shall be paid for by the party responsible.

§ 571.11 Accidents; Reports

   Participants and witnesses of any accident occurring on Airport property shall make a full report of same to the Airport Management with names and addresses of parties concerned, at the first opportunity.

§ 571.12 Animals

   No person shall enter the Terminal Building with a dog or other animal with the exception of properly leashed dogs that aid individuals with disabilities, or animals to be transported by air that are properly confined. Dogs and other animals will be permitted in areas other than the Terminal Building which are open to the public, provided that such are properly leashed or confined in such a way as to be under full control.

§ 571.13 Vehicles for Hire

   No person shall operate any vehicle for hire or TNC carrying passengers, unless such operation has been approved by the Airport Management and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribe. Nothing in this section shall be construed as altering or limiting the requirements in Chapter 443 of these codified ordinances.

§ 571.131 Transportation Network Services; Fees

   (a)   No person shall provide any transportation network company services, unless the TNC has been approved by the Airport Management and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed under the rules and regulations promulgated by the Director.

   (b)   No owner of a TNC or provider of transportation network company services shall fail to incorporate in their mobile application technology a geo-fence, self-monitoring electronic border control system. The geographic coordinates of the geo-fence area shall be defined by the Director of Port Control.

   (c)   The Director is authorized to charge and collect a per trip fee for TNC services to, from, or on the property of the airport. The fee shall be in an amount set by the Board of Control.

   (d)   The Director is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations applicable to TNC services. Such rules and regulations shall become effective ten (10) days after their publication in the City Record.
