§ 571.37 Parking Areas

   No person shall park a mobile vehicle in any area other than that area designated for the parking of vehicles and in such manner as may be prescribed.

§ 571.38 Parking Time Limits

   No person shall park any mobile vehicle in excess of the time limit established, or in reserved or restricted areas unless instructed to do so by authorized personnel.

§ 571.39 Vehicle Lights

   All mobile vehicles, except motorcycles, operated on the Airport between the hours of sunset and sunrise, shall be equipped with two (2) headlights and one (1) or more tail lights, the headlights to be of sufficient brilliance to insure safe operation at night. Lights shall be on at all times during the hours of darkness that the vehicle is being operated, and when parked in such areas that it constitutes a hazard to Airport operation.

§ 571.40 Abandoned Vehicles

   No person shall abandon any vehicle on Airport property.

§ 571.41 Traffic Sign s

   Operators of mobile vehicles on the Airport shall observe and comply with all traffic signs and signals.

§ 571.42 Pedestrian’s Right-of-way

   Pedestrian traffic shall have right-of-way over all vehicular traffic while on the Airport.

§ 571.43 Loading Area Use

   No mobile vehicle, private or commercial, shall load or unload in any area other than that designated for such purpose.

§ 571.44 General Aeronautical Rules

   No person shall navigate any aircraft, land upon, fly the same from, service, maintain, repair any aircraft or conduct any aircraft operations on or from the Airport in any manner not in conformity with current Federal Civil Aeronautics Administration and Civil Aeronautics Board rules and regulations and the following rules and regulations established by the Airport Management.

§ 571.45 Taxi and Traffic Patterns

   All pilots operating from the Airport shall be required to know and observe all taxi and traffic patterns established by the control tower.
