Effective July 1, 1975, all persons, firms or corporations engaged in the sales of aviation fuel and lubricants directly or indirectly, from or at a Municipally owned airport facility of the City to transient or based aircraft owners and/or operators, shall pay the City a fee for the privilege and right to make such sales from the airport premises. The fee shall be based upon and for the quantities of aviation fuel and lubricants delivered to the premises or facilities of such person, firm or corporation for sale from and at its airport premises and shall be at the following rates:

The Director of Port Control may at any time increase or decrease aviation fuel and lubricant fee rates, subject to the prior approval of the Board of Control.
