No person shall operate any aircraft on the Airport unless that person has in his or her immediate possession an appropriate certificate, issued in his or her name, authorizing such control of aircraft, and the permission of the owner.

All pilots desiring to use the facilities of the Airport for practice night landings shall obtain prior approval from the Airport Management and the control tower. All aircraft used in such operation shall be equipped with two (2) way radio.

No person shall operate any aircraft on the aircraft landing area, aircraft ramp and parking areas or taxiways in a careless or negligent manner, or at a speed or in a manner that endangers or is likely to endanger persons or property, or in disregard of the rights and safety of others.
