§ 571.26 Careless Vehicle Operation

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle on Airport roadways or in parking areas in a careless or negligent manner, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers or is likely to endanger persons or property, or in disregard of the rights and safety of others.

§ 571.27 Dangerous Vehicles

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle on the Airport if such vehicle is so constructed, equipped or loaded as to be a danger, or is likely to endanger persons or property.

§ 571.28 Speed Limit s

   Mobile vehicles shall be operated in strict compliance with the speed limits established by the Airport Management, for the area in which the vehicle is being operated, and shall not at any time exceed a speed of twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

§ 571.29 Vehicle, Equipment Operation in Restricted Areas

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle or equipment on the aircraft loading ramp, aircraft landing area, taxiways or beyond the hangar line, with the exception of:

   (a)   Persons assigned to duty therein; or

   (b)   Persons with authorization of the Airport Management.

§ 571.30 Passenger Loading Gate Area

   No mobile vehicle will be permitted within the confines of the passenger loading gate area unless authorization has been received from the Airport Management.

§ 571.31 Speed Limits in Restricted Areas

   Operators of mobile equipment on the inner taxiway, aircraft loading ramp and aircraft parking areas shall operate such equipment with extreme caution, and shall not at any time exceed a speed of fifteen (15) miles per hour.

§ 571.32 Obstructions in Gate Area

   No person shall park or place any mobile vehicle, equipment or apparatus within the aircraft loading area in such a way or manner as to bar or obstruct the area to parking aircraft.
