§ 571.57 Unsafe Areas
   No aircraft shall use any portion of the aircraft landing area or taxiways considered unsafe for the operation of such aircraft. Such areas shall be marked with red flags by day and flares at night or notice shall be given to the control tower, or both.

§ 571.58 Registration and Use Charges for Transient Aircraft
   All operators of transient aircraft are required to register the arrival of their aircraft with the office of the Airport Management. All operators of aircraft shall pay the fee for Airport use before departure clearance will be given. All such fees shall be payable in cash unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

§ 571.59 Improperly Parked Aircraft
   Upon direction of the Airport Management, the owner or operator, or his or her agent, of any aircraft parked or stored on the Airport shall move the aircraft from the area in which it is parked or stored to such area as may be designated by the Airport Management. Should the owner, or his or her agent, fail to comply with such directive, the Airport Management shall have the aircraft towed to the specified area at the owner’s expense, without assuming liability for damage that may result in the course of such moving.

§ 571.60 Aircraft Parking in Designated Areas
   No person shall park, or cause to be parked, any aircraft in any area other than that designated for the purpose.

§ 571.61 Aircraft Parked at Night
   In the event that it becomes necessary for any aircraft to be parked on a taxiway, or within five hundred (500) feet of the center line of a runway during the hours of darkness, it will be the responsibility of the owner or operator to provide a means of outlining the aircraft as an obstruction, in the form of navigation lights or a suitable substitute. The owner or operator shall be held responsible for any damage resulting from failure to do so.

§ 571.62 Control Tower Clearance
   Operators of aircraft shall not take off, taxi or land at the Airport without proper clearance from the control tower, except in emergencies.

§ 571.63 Removal of Disabled Aircraft
   The owner, operator or agent shall be responsible for the prompt removal of disabled aircraft and aircraft parts from the landing area, unless instructed otherwise for the purpose of investigation as a result of accidents.

§ 571.64 Visual Traffic Signals
   All pilots operating from the Airport shall be familiar with current regulations regarding visual traffic signals.

§ 571.65 Ground Instructions
   Pilots shall follow all instructions issued by the Airport Management and the control tower while operating on the Airport.
