§ 571.42 Pedestrian’s Right-of-way
   Pedestrian traffic shall have right-of-way over all vehicular traffic while on the Airport.

§ 571.43 Loading Area Use
   No mobile vehicle, private or commercial, shall load or unload in any area other than that designated for such purpose.

§ 571.44 General Aeronautical Rules
   No person shall navigate any aircraft, land upon, fly the same from, service, maintain, repair any aircraft or conduct any aircraft operations on or from the Airport in any manner not in conformity with current Federal Civil Aeronautics Administration and Civil Aeronautics Board rules and regulations and the following rules and regulations established by the Airport Management.

§ 571.45 Taxi and Traffic Patterns
   All pilots operating from the Airport shall be required to know and observe all taxi and traffic patterns established by the control tower.

§ 571.46 Brakes and Radio Receivers
   All aircraft landing at, or departing from, the Airport shall be equipped with a radio receiver, capable of receiving instructions from the control tower, and brakes in good operating condition.

§ 571.47 Practice Area
   All students and instructors operating in the practice area of the Airport shall maintain a listening watch on the control tower frequency at all times while within the area.

§ 571.48 Blocking Aircraft Prior to Engine Runup
   No aircraft engine shall be started or allowed to run unless a certified pilot or mechanic is attending the controls. Blocks or other suitable means of blocking the aircraft shall be placed in front of the main landing wheels before starting any engine, unless the aircraft is equipped with a suitable parking brake.
