§ 571.29 Vehicle, Equipment Operation in Restricted Areas

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle or equipment on the aircraft loading ramp, aircraft landing area, taxiways or beyond the hangar line, with the exception of:

   (a)   Persons assigned to duty therein; or

   (b)   Persons with authorization of the Airport Management.

§ 571.30 Passenger Loading Gate Area

   No mobile vehicle will be permitted within the confines of the passenger loading gate area unless authorization has been received from the Airport Management.

§ 571.31 Speed Limits in Restricted Areas

   Operators of mobile equipment on the inner taxiway, aircraft loading ramp and aircraft parking areas shall operate such equipment with extreme caution, and shall not at any time exceed a speed of fifteen (15) miles per hour.

§ 571.32 Obstructions in Gate Area

   No person shall park or place any mobile vehicle, equipment or apparatus within the aircraft loading area in such a way or manner as to bar or obstruct the area to parking aircraft.

§ 571.33 Mobile Vehicles or Equipment in Loading Area

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle or equipment in such a manner as to pass between the passenger loading gates and aircraft parked in the gate area.

§ 571.34 Obstruction to Emergency Equipmen t

   No mobile equipment, vehicle or apparatus shall be placed on any roadway, driveway, hangar ramp or other area in such a manner as to obstruct the passage of emergency or snow removal equipment.

§ 571.35 Vehicle Operator’s License

   No person shall operate any mobile vehicle on the Airport unless such person possesses a valid operator’s license issued by the state of residence or by the Airport Management.
