No person shall remove or use any aircraft, aircraft parts, motor vehicles or tools owned by any other person while such aircraft, aircraft parts, motor vehicles or tools are on the Airport or within its hangars, without presenting the written consent of the owner or other satisfactory evidence of the right to same to the Airport Management.
