175.64 SECTION 3109.1 - AMENDED - GENERAL.
Section 3109.1 General, of the IBC, is hereby amended by deleting said subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
Section 3109.1 General The design and construction of swimming pools, spas and hot tubs shall comply with the Ankeny Swimming Pool and Spa Code.
