67.01 PEDESTRIANS IN STREETS.
At all times when pedestrians are walking, jogging or otherwise moving on or along a street, such pedestrians shall proceed on the left side of the street.

67.02 HITCHHIKING.
No person shall stand in a roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any private vehicle. Nothing in this section shall be construed so as to prevent any pedestrian from standing on that portion of the highway or roadway, not ordinarily used for vehicular traffic, for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle.
