CHAPTER 260
Employees Generally
EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time with various classes of Municipal employees, which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, apply only to those employees and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of such Agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
A Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and Job Description Manual, as developed by Clemans, Nelson & Associates, was adopted by the City by Resolution 2010-20, passed June 7, 2010. Copies of this resolution and of the Manuals, as amended from time to time by Council, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council. A Public Records Policy was established and adopted, and made part of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual by Ordinance 2007-54, passed November 5, 2007.
Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to regular compensation are not codified. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
This chapter was repealed and re-enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 2006-31, passed July 17, 2006.
