260.15 EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS RE PART-TIME AND OVER-TIME WORK.

   (a)   The following employees of the City shall be exempt from Sections 260.13 and 260.14. Classifications in this section are designated as supervisory personnel.

   (b)   The Director of Public Service and Safety shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. All other employees set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice of the City Council and the Director of Public Service and Safety.

   (c)   City employees who are represented by the collective bargaining unit of the Utility Worker's Union of America, AFL-CIO Local 565 and the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association and the International Association of Firefighters, are hereby exempted from the terms and conditions of this chapter.
