(a) An employee who is unsuitable for the duties assigned to him or her or who violates any provision of this chapter may be terminated at the discretion of the Director of Public Service and Safety.
(b) The Director may approve and adopt such additional rules, regulations and policies as may be necessary for efficient discipline in the various departments of the City.
