(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety and the Administrative Assistant are hereby authorized to make payroll deductions on behalf of City employees who sign up for a uniform rental program.
(b) The entire cost of said uniform rental shall be borne by the employees who participate in the program.
(c) All employees who participate shall be required to sign an application form which approves payroll deduction for this purpose and also allows the City to withhold funds from the employee's final check to pay any outstanding uniform rental obligations if the employee resigns, retires or is terminated.
