(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety and the Administrative Assistant are hereby authorized to make direct deposits on behalf of employees into their designated accounts.
(b) All employees must participate and shall be required to sign an authorization form authorizing the City to deposit payroll earnings into the accounts listed by the employee.
