260.29 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY.
   Shift differential pay will be paid to dispatchers who work evening or night shifts as follows:
   (a)   Dispatchers working an evening shift (4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight) shall be paid at the rate of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour additional.
   (b)   Dispatchers working a night shift (12:00 midnight to 8:00 a.m.) shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour additional.
   (c)   The "swing shift" dispatcher is generally scheduled to work two day shifts, two evening shifts and one night shift. The differential shift pay for the "swing shift" dispatcher shall be twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour for all hours worked.
   (d)   The above shifts must actually be worked to entitle an employee to shift differential pay. To be eligible for shift differential pay, a dispatcher must be scheduled to work a full eight-hour shift as described in subsections (a) and (b) hereof.
