It is unlawful for any person to drive or ride or permit to be driven or ridden any livestock upon or along any public highway for a period of 90 days subsequent to the oiling of such highway by the County provided that conspicuous signs shall have been erected prohibiting the driving of livestock thereon during such period and provided that there exist practical and feasible means to move such livestock without driving or riding the same upon the oiled portion of the highway. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the straying of livestock in open range territory as defined in Sections 465.5 and 565.6 of the Vehicle Code and posted as provided therein.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive, draw, or propel or permit to be ridden, driven, drawn or propelled along, upon or over any improved highway in the County any vehicle, traction engine, harrow or disc harrow, disc plow or other implement that will tear up or in any manner disturb or damage the surface on the highway.
Roadways in the San Diego Country Estates development that are posted 25 miles or less, as defined in the California Vehicle Code, are hereby designated for joint use by golf carts.

SEC. 72.243.1.1. FALLBROOK.
Dulin Road, from Old Highway 395 westerly to the end, meets Section 21115 and Section 21716 as defined in the California Vehicle Code, and is hereby designated for joint use by golf carts.

Tandem axle tractors in combination with tandem axle trailers and single rear axle tractors or pickups pulling a tandem axle trailer with a distance greater than 23 feet between the rear axle of the pulling vehicle and the front axle of the tandem trailer shall not be permitted to travel on the section of South Grade Road between SH76 and East Grade Road (County Road H03A).

Except as otherwise permitted by law, vehicles and combinations of vehicles of a total length in excess of 60 feet shall not be permitted to travel on Montezuma Valley Road between San Felipe Road to Palm Canyon Drive. An alternative route for vehicles of length in excess of 60 feet has been identified as follows: San Felipe Road, State Route 78, Borrego Springs Road.

Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on El Camino del Norte (County Road A25-1) from the west line of Via de Fortuna to the Encinitas City Limit shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: Via de Fortuna, El Mirlo and Rancho Santa Fe Road (County Road A23).

Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on San Dieguito Road from the east line of El Apajo easterly to the End shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: From either the north or the south, trucks would travel the I-5 and I-15 freeway corridors, and exit at SR 56, heading respectively east and west. When the missing link of SR 56 is constructed, all traffic would exit at the new Camino Ruiz and travel north directly into the project area. During the interim period, east bound SR 56 traffic would take the soon to be enhanced Carmel Valley Road directly to the project, while west bound SR 56 traffic would exit at Black Mountain Road and go north into the project.
