SEC. 72.136. EFFECT OF PERMISSION TO LOAD OR UNLOAD.

   (a)   Permission herein granted to stop or stand a vehicle for purposes of loading or unloading of materials shall apply only to commercial vehicles and shall not extend beyond the time necessary therefor, and in no event for more than 20 minutes.

   (b)   The loading or unloading of materials shall apply only to commercial deliveries, the delivery or pickup of express and parcel post packages and United States mail.

   (c)   Permission herein granted to stop or park for purposes of loading or unloading passengers shall include the loading or unloading of personal baggage but shall not extend beyond the time necessary therefor and in no event for more than three minutes.

   (d)   Within the total time above specified the provisions of this section shall be enforced so as to accommodate necessary and reasonable loading or unloading but without permitting abuse of the privileges hereby granted.

SEC. 72.137. STANDING FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING ONLY.

   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any yellow loading zone for any purpose other than loading or unloading passengers or material for such time as is permitted in Section 72.136.

SEC. 72.138. STANDING IN ANY ALLEY.

   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose other than the loading or unloading of persons or materials in any alley.

ARTICLE 9. PARKING TIME LIMITS

SEC. 72.140. PARKING IN VIOLATION OF SIGNS PROHIBITED.

   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in violation of the restrictions stated on signs posted and maintained by the Road Commissioner as provided in this article.

SEC. 72.141. ROAD COMMISSIONER TO ERECT SIGNS LIMITING PARKING TIME.

   The Road Commissioner shall erect and maintain adequate signs along the portions of highways designated in this article specifying that parking is limited as specified in this article.

SEC. 72.142. ALPINE.

   Parking on the south side of Alpine Boulevard (County Road E48-1) from a point 280 feet west of the west line of Arnold Way westerly 170 feet is hereby limited to 2 hours between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM on any day.
