SEC. 72.243.2.4. RANCHO SANTA FE.

   Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Calzada del Bosque between Via de Santa Fe and Via de la Valle shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: From either the north or the south, trucks would travel the I-5 and I-15 freeway corridors, and exit at SR 56, heading respectively east and west. When the missing link of SR 56 is constructed, all traffic would exit at the new Camino Ruiz and travel north directly into the project area. During the interim period, east bound SR 56 traffic would take the soon to be enhanced Carmel Valley Road directly to the project, while west bound SR 56 traffic would exit at Black Mountain Road and go north into the project.

SEC. 72.243.2.5. RANCHO SANTA FE.

   Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Rancho Santa Fe Farms Road from the San Diego City Limit to Rancho Santa Fe Farms Drive shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: Trucks would travel Via De La Valle to I-5 to SR 56.

SEC. 72.243.2.6. FAIRBANKS RANCH.

   Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Rancho Diegueno Road from San Dieguito Road to Rancho Santa Fe Farms Road shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: Trucks would travel Via De La Valle to I-5 to SR 56.

SEC. 72.243.10. SAN MARCOS.

   Tandem Axle tractors in combination with tandem axle trailers and single rear axle tractors or pickups pulling a tandem axle trailer with a distance greater than 23 feet between the rear axle of the pulling vehicle and the front axle of the tandem trailer shall not be permitted to travel on the section of Buena Creek Road between South Santa Fe Avenue and the End of County Maintained Limit.

SEC. 72.243.20. ESCONDIDO.

   Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Laurashawn Lane/Arco Drive between North Avenue and North Broadway shall not exceed fourteen thousand pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: North Broadway.

SEC. 72.243.21. FALLBROOK.

   Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Sandia Creek Drive between De Luz Road and the end of County maintenance shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: Mission Road to Interstate 15.
