SEC. 72.243.39. RANCHO SANTA FE.
Except as otherwise permitted by law, the maximum gross weight of any commercial vehicle operating on Lago Lindo between El Camino del Norte and El Montevideo shall not exceed fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds. The route which shall remain unrestricted by any local regulation as to commercial vehicles so long as this section shall remain in effect is as follows: Paseo Delicias and El Camino del Norte.

"Airport runway" means any airport taxiway or runway, and includes all public or private airplane landing strips or air strips designed and constructed for the landing or taking off of aircraft. It is unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle upon any airport runway, whether or not occupied or attended, without first having obtained written permission from the owner thereof or the person lawfully entitled to the possession thereof, and it is unlawful for any person to go upon any airport runway owned, controlled or maintained by the County of San Diego, either on foot, or horseback or on a vehicle of any kind other than an aircraft, without permission to do so from the manager.
Nothing contained in this section shall be deemed to prohibit any otherwise lawful entry on an airport runway for the purpose of repairing or maintaining such runway, for the purpose of furnishing service or aid to an aircraft or to the crew or passengers thereof, to perform any duty required by law, or to board or debark an aircraft.

No person not authorized by the Board of Supervisors shall erect or maintain any device which directs a beam of light in a flashing sequence toward any highway, nor shall any person erect or maintain any electric advertising sign or similar device that interferes with the visibility of any official traffic control device or warning signal.
The Road Commissioner shall be and is hereby authorized to remove or cause to be removed every unofficial sign, signal or device placed, maintained or displayed upon any County highway contrary to the provisions of Section 473 of the Vehicle Code and this division.
