   The prima facie speed limit on Arnold Way (County Road F 51) between the east line of Tavern Road (County Road F 26) to the west line of Alpine Boulevard (County Road E 48) is hereby decreased to 35 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.169.99. RAMONA.

   The prima facie speed limit on Tenth Street/San Vicente Road from the south line of Main Street (SR-67) southerly to the east line of Eleventh Street is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

ARTICLE 12. INCREASED SPEED LIMITS

SEC. 72.170. INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN ZONES.

   It is hereby determined upon the basis of engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by State law upon those highways hereinafter designated in this article is less than is necessary for the safe operation of vehicles thereon and that in order to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic the prima facie speed limit should be increased as hereafter specified, and it is hereby declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as hereafter in this article specified for those highways or parts of highways, when signs are erected giving notice thereof.
