§ 36.03 SCHEDULE OF VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The following schedule of ordinances and Crawfordsville Municipal Code provisions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violation Bureau and the first violations within a calendar year of said ordinances and code provisions shall be subject to the civil penalty set forth:

   (B)   The second admission or judgment of a violation of the same ordinance or code provision of one scheduled above, within a successive 12 month period of the first admission shall be subject to the penalty set forth above plus $50 as the total civil penalty. Any third admission or judgment of a violation of the same ordinance or code provision of one scheduled above, within a successive 12 month period of the first admission shall be subject to the penalty set forth above plus $75, as the total civil penalty. Any fourth or subsequent violation of the same ordinance or code provision of one scheduled above with 12 successive months of the first violation shall not be under the Ordinance Violation Bureau’s jurisdiction and must be filed in Court and any civil penalty assessed upon judgment or admission shall be set by the Judge in accordance with the appropriate general penalty section of this code.
   (C)   Any second or subsequent violation for which the additional penalty set forth in paragraph (B) would increase the total civil penalty above $100 must be filed in court.
