§ 130.08 SWIMMING OR BATHING PROHIBITED IN SUGAR CREEK.
   Swimming and bathing is hereby prohibited at the following places within the city:
      In the body of water commonly known as Sugar Creek for a distance of 200 yards above and below the dam lying adjacent to the Crawfordsville Electric Light and Power Plant.
