Portions of the park shall be set apart by the Director for ball, croquet or other games. Where no such portion of any park is set apart for games as aforesaid, no games which would endanger others shall be played without the consent of the Director. No person shall practice ball or intrude himself upon the players while a game is in progress. No person shall engage in toy aviation, kite flying, model boating, model automobiling or model airplane flying except at places designated therefor.
