(A) No person shall travel on or use any street, alley, or public place when prohibited or restricted by the City Engineer or Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners and marked or posted with appropriate barriers, signs or placards.
(B) No person shall run into or drive through any barrier, on in any way injure, destroy, displace, remove or carry away any barrier, sign or placard placed on any street, sidewalk, alley or public place
by order of the City Engineer, the Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners or the Street Commissioner.
