§ 98.031 ATTRACTING CROWDS.

No person shall exhibit any instrument or device, or sell or offer for sale any medicine or nostrum, or play on a hand organ, or other instrument, or carry on any business calculated to attract crowds which may obstruct the free public use of any street, sidewalk or crosswalk.
