§ 72.12 TRUCK PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this Traffic Code are erected no person shall park a truck for any purpose between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the hours from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from the last Sunday of April to the last Sunday of October or as altered by the Police Department if deemed necessary to conform to the times of greatest traffic condition.
   (B)   This section does not prohibit the parking of trucks on said streets while parked for the purpose of loading or unloading goods or merchandise for any store or business establishment located on any such street.
   (C)   No person shall stop, stand or park a truck on any street other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of freight and in no case shall the stop exceed 30 minutes.
   (D)   No person shall park a truck in any street for a continuous period of more than two hours.
   (E)   No person shall park any truck carrying livestock upon any street for longer than 30 minutes, or for longer than ten minutes if the driver is not present in or near the truck.
