(A) No person shall operate any electronic equipment in such a manner as to cause electro-static or electro-magnetic waves to radiate in such a manner as to interfere with radio or television reception.
(B) No person shall, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and midnight, operate any vibrating battery charging or other apparatus or equipment in such manner as to cause electric, electro-static or electro-magnetic waves to be radiated there from, in such manner as to interfere with radio or television reception, except that in case of emergency any licensed physician may operate X-ray machines during such hours, even though interference is caused thereby.
(C) Any person owning or operating any apparatus or machine emitting high frequency oscillations, commonly known as high frequency oscillators, X-ray or violet-ray machines, shall register such apparatus or machine with the Clerk-Treasurer. Such registration shall be made without charge and the Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a permanent record thereof which shall show the name and address of the owner or operator and the name and type of apparatus or machine.
(D) The duly authorized inspector or other officer or employee of the city appointed or designated by the Council has the authority to enter upon the premises of any person, at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. of the same day for the purpose of testing for and locating the source of radio or television interference. Such duly authorized inspector, officer or employee shall notify in writing the owner of any apparatus, equipment or machine which, in his or her opinion, is the source of radio or television interference or is being operated in such a way as to interfere with radio or television reception.
(E) Reasonable time shall be allowed any person found violating any of the provisions of this section to repair, correct, replace or discontinue the use of any apparatus, equipment or machine causing interference with radio or television reception.
