§ 130.13 INTERFERENCE WITH ELECTRIC WIRES.
   (A)   No person shall permit any tree growing on his premises, or along the street, alley or sidewalk adjoining his premises, to rest against or come in contact with any fire alarm or electric light wire belonging to the city, or in any way to interfere with such a wire.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department and the Superintendent of the city’s electric plant shall examine all fire alarm and electric light wires and ascertain if any tree is interfering or may interfere with any such wires. They or the employees of the city working under them have the right to enter upon any premises and cut away any part of any tree that is interfering or may interfere with any such wire.
