The streets described in Chapter 77, Schedule IV, are designated as loading zones. When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this Traffic Code are erected no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for a longer period of time than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, or for the loading, unloading, delivery or pickup of materials or merchandise, in any place designated and marked as a loading zone. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed a total of 15 minutes.
