§ 72.14 HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
   (A)   The parking spaces described in Chapter 77, Schedule VIII, are designated as parking spaces for handicapped persons, and when so designated by the erection of the appropriate signs, such spaces may be used by a handicapped person, either as a driver or a passenger in the vehicle being parked in the space designated; however, such spaces shall be metered and the two-hour parking limit prescribed in § 72.08 shall apply to such spaces.
   (B)   Any person who parks a vehicle in any space designated as a parking space for handicapped persons, when in fact the same is not for the benefit of a handicapped person, shall be subject to the several penalties prescribed in § 72.99.
   (C)   All organized churches upon approval of Board of Works shall hereby be allowed two parking spaces for the handicapped during their services on each Sunday of the year, or at other organized church functions, such basis to be only for the time of the special service or times for the Sunday service. When so designated by the placing and removal of appropriate signs by the proper church official, such places shall be used only for handicapped persons. At all other times, such spaces shall be legal parking spaces.
   (D)   Any person who parks an unauthorized vehicle in a space designated as a parking space for a handicapped person when so designated by the proper church officials, shall be subject to the several penalties prescribed in § 72.99.
