§ 130.17 STENCH BOMBS.
   No person shall place, or cause to be placed in any theater, industrial plant, store, business house or public place any stench bomb, apparatus or substance that will create or give off any unpleasant or disturbing odor, or enter any such theater, industrial plant, store, business house or public place for such purpose.
