§ 97.08 REGULATION OF ANIMALS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to molest, catch or injure any animal, wild or domestic, found on park property, without the permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
   (B)   Any pet brought into the park shall be on a leash at all times.
   (C)   A person bringing a pet into the park shall be responsible for cleaning up any litter created by the pet.
   (D)   No horses are allowed at anytime without the consent the Director of Parks and Recreation.
