Sec. 11-112. Vehicles obstructing progress of fire apparatus.
Any person operating any vehicle who shall willfully or carelessly permit the same to obstruct the progress of any apparatus of the fire department organization going to a suspected, reported or actual fire or other emergency, or who shall willfully damage any hose or apparatus belonging to the fire department shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. 11-113. Reserved.
   Editors Note: Section 11-113, prohibited tampering with barricades, derived from Ord. No. 5719, § 2, adopted Feb. 28, 1983, was repealed by § 2 of Ord. No. 6739, adopted July 6, 1987.
Sec. 11-114. Refusal to obey order of fire chief or building official; condemnation sign.
Any person who refuses to obey, as soon as practicable, a verbal or written cease and desist order, a stop-work order, an order to vacate premises or any other lawful order under this chapter, given by the fire chief or building official or the designate of either, or who disobeys a condemnation sign posted by or at the direction of the fire chief or building official or designate of either, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. 11-115. Penalty.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. No judge may suspend the imposition of the minimum fine prescribed herein.

ARTICLE VI.
OBSTRUCTION OF ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL INFRACTIONS
Sec. 11-121. Failure to furnish information, failure to sign citation.
Any person who fails to furnish to the citing official or his designate the information required for completion of a civil infraction citation or who, after request by the citing official, refuses to sign the civil infraction citation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
