Any person who refuses to obey, as soon as practicable, a verbal or written cease and desist order, a stop-work order, an order to vacate premises or any other lawful order under this chapter, given by the fire chief or building official or the designate of either, or who disobeys a condemnation sign posted by or at the direction of the fire chief or building official or designate of either, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. No judge may suspend the imposition of the minimum fine prescribed herein.

OBSTRUCTION OF ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL INFRACTIONS
Any person who fails to furnish to the citing official or his designate the information required for completion of a civil infraction citation or who, after request by the citing official, refuses to sign the civil infraction citation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who fails to obey an order of abatement issued by a magistrate, special magistrate, or limited special magistrate is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a minimum mandatory twenty-four (24) hours in jail up to a maximum six (6) months in jail, by a minimum mandatory fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), up to a maximum twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), and may be placed on probation up to three (3) years. Minimum jail and minimum fines can not be suspended.
