Any person who attempts to obstruct or obstructs the operations of the fire department in connection with a suspected or reported fire or other emergency, whether or not such fire or emergency is found to exist, or disobeys any lawful command of the chief or any officer of the fire department who is in charge of such operations, or any part thereof, or any police officer assisting the fire department, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
