CITY OF TALLMADGE
We the people of the City of Tallmadge, in the Counties of Summit and Portage, and State of Ohio, grateful to the Almighty God for the freedoms that we enjoy, working together for the common good of each other, and in order to secure for ourselves and to extend to future generations the benefits of municipal home rule and to exercise all of the powers of local self government under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for our City. .
