The Director of Finance shall be a qualified elector and resident in the City for at least one (1) year immediately prior to the date of the election and shall continue to be a qualified elector and resident therein during the term of office.
The Director of Finance shall possess, as minimum qualifications, a bachelors degree and an equivalent of five years experience in accounting or finance.
