SECTION 4.08 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

Council shall have the power to determine the method of publication of its adopted ordinances and resolutions, and of any other of its proceedings, which other proceedings it deems proper to publish. Until such time as Council provides for the method of publication, such public notice shall be given in the manner provided by general law.
