The Civil Service Commission shall consist of three (3) members, all of whom shall be electors of the City, appointed for staggered terms of four (4) years. No more than two members shall be from the same political party. Appointments to the Civil Service Commission shall be confirmed by Council within 30 days after written notification to Council of the appointment is made by the Mayor. If Council fails to act upon the Mayor's appointment within 30 days, the appointment shall be deemed approved. (Amended 11-8-11)
