Division of Fire
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City has mutual fire protection agreements with Brook Park, Cleveland, Parma Heights, Brooklyn and Seven Hills, and mutual ambulance service agreements with Brooklyn, Parma Heights and Seven Hills. Interested persons may obtain copies of all relevant legislation from the Clerk of Council.
   The City enters into agreements, from time to time, with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 639, relative to compensation, benefits and working conditions for Division of Fire personnel. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, are applicable only with respect to those provisions and those employees not otherwise provided for in such agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
