In addition to the general duties required of the Division of Fire as outlined in Ohio R.C. 737.11, City ordinances and rules and regulations of the Department of Public Safety, the Division of Fire shall further furnish to the residents and citizens of the City emergency ambulance service to a hospital whenever it is determined that such emergency services are necessary.
