Personnel without rank shall be entitled to vacation leave as provided for in Section 173.06. They shall also be entitled to sick leave as provided in Ohio R.C. 124.38, and to eleven paid holidays per year, excluding days off, as per Section 131.02. They shall also be bonded under the Public Employee's Blanket Bond, as per Section 173.01.
