Division of Police
EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into agreements with the Fraternal Order of Police, Parma Lodge No. 15, relative to wages, benefits and working conditions for supervisors of the Police Division, with the Northern Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association relative to wages, benefits and working conditions for full-time nonprobationary patrolmen and regular full-time dispatchers of the Division, excluding part-time, seasonal and temporary employees, and with Ohio Council of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, relative to wages, benefits and working conditions for police record clerks of the Division. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, are applicable only with respect to those provisions and those employees not otherwise provided for in such agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
