185.03   FEES OF THE FIRE CHIEF.
   (a)   Administrative fees.
      (1)   License inspections (foster care, day care, group homes)   $25.00
      (2)   Certificate of fire code compliance (with inspection)   $20.00
         A.   Permit fees shall provide for customary inspection only. Where additional inspections are made necessary by incomplete or faulty work, the fee shall be $50.00 for each reinspection. Note: The first two inspections shall be part of the permit fee. The third and any subsequent inspection(s) shall be subject to the $50.00 fee.
         B.   The Fire Chief may authorize inspection after normal working hours or on weekends upon request. The fees for such inspections shall be at a rate of $60.00 per hour.
      (3)   Reports and copies
         A.   Single page copies - $.05 per page
         B.   Compilations of reports or documents - $3.00
      (4)   Training fees
         A.   Heartsaver/AED training - $200.00 per instructor (up to six students/instructor) (includes three hours instruction and course fee). Additional fee per student of $25.00 (covers book and AHA card fee).
         B.   CPR/AED/first aid training - $400.00 per instructor (up to six students/instructor) (includes six hours of instruction and course fee). Additional fee per student of $25.00 (covers book and AHA card fee).
         C.   Health care provider - $250.00 per instructor (up to six students/instructor) (includes four hours of instruction and course fee). Additional fee per student of $35.00 (covers book and AHA card fee).
            All fees must be paid in full no later than seven days prior to the first day of the class. Payment should be made by check payable to Parma Fire Department. Fees are not refundable.
            Classes cancelled by the Parma Fire Department will be refunded in full.
